Poor quality
I ordered the Black Scoop Neck Unitard and it was so see through, not just can see my pants see through, it was I would be arrested if I wore it in public for exposing myself see through. I’ve been a huge fan of PLT for roughly 7 years and have spent a lot of money with them but I can honestly say the last 5-7 times I have ordered the quality is getting worse and worse each time, shocking. Such a shame as I like I said was such a huge fan for years and now will most likely stop shopping with PLT and go elsewhere.

CHEAP AND DYED MY EXPNSIVE BIKINI!!
So, this company is the perfect example of how it doesn't pay to buy cheap or budget. I bought 2 St Barts Bikinis, each at around £140.00, i have the receipts and the images to prove this... I then bought a long slinky blac mesh maqxi dress to be worn as a beach cover up. I have worn this black item which i must have paid £10.00 for for less than three hours.. saT
in it for my lunch... the garment, which is black, has dyed my £140 neon pink bikini.... top and bottoms and are irretrievable... This sort of terrible quality of products is shameful and will not being buying form the group again. Cheap and nasty quality.. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Missing Package - Full Refund
I reached out as I had a package that did not arrive. I was not sure what had happened, I submitted a question through their customer service portal. Catherine responded within 24 hours and made sure I received a full refund on my missing package and informed me what had happened. Thank you Catherine!

PLT review
I order from PLT a lot and rarely have issues. Ordered on Sunday evening with express shipping and received order today! There were faulty and low quality items in this order however after working with Leavil, my issues were resolved and my refund was processed for my items! Also received a discount code for my inconvenience.

Shambles company, highly untrained staff
Ordered 1 item, about a week later I get messages from the delivery company they use EVRI, They have delivered my item!?

I look at picture they have attached, I'm no.3...this door is very clearly marked no 32..my rd doesn't have a no.32!

I contact PLT on fb, to be first told can I not go and get this as a neighbour has it, I explained its def not a neighbour as its diff road and number so how am I meant to did this and that also I have a 4 week old and 2.5 year old so going searching the streets for a random no.32 isn't actually an option!

I'm then told again that it's def with a neighbour despite me explaining and that I will need to report to police as theft!?
What the hell!? Clearly courier needs to get this and redeliver CORRECTLY,Have PLT even contacted courier..it doesn't appear so.

I'm then told by this "Chelsea" to call 111..I respond telling her that this is NHS DIRECT number why do I contact them!?
Oh sorry I mean 111 she replies! Very professional already as you can tell.
She tells me I can do the report online which I then do...
I send screenshot of ref to be then told NO this is not a crime ref an until one is made they won't proceed?!
WHAT..SERIOUSLY!? She just told me to do this now that's not enough, I show her puc I have from courier showing incorrect door, that also isn't enough!?
Sorry but really, this is how you deal with your customers when it's your job to effectively sort out a lost delivery not the customer!
DISGUSTING, THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY MORE REVIEWS I WILL BE GETTING OUT THERE AS WELL AS ALL THE SCREENSHOTS PROVING ABOVE CONVERSATION WITH YOUR STAFF.
Shame on you PLT SHAMBLES COMPANY.

Bad quality items
I've ordered from PLT in the past and never had an issue but recently out of three orders, all of the clothing has been extremely poor quality. All items arrived not looking like the picture, everything was see through, the stitching was poor quality and none of it was true to size. I've had to return everything and I'm tired of wasting my money on a brand which has clearly gone downhill.
